Your information, explained.
This is an early ApplyBae MVP. This notice describes how this version handles information.
When you create an account
We store your display name, email address, and a salted password hash to let you sign in and manage your applications. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Logging out removes that session.
When you apply
Your name, email, and answers are saved on the application server and shown only to the creator of that application. The creator can use your email to contact you and export their responses. Your answers are not published on the form. Before submitting, you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to share this information with the creator.
You choose what to share
Skip optional questions and avoid sharing highly personal details you would not want the creator to keep. To request removal of a response, contact the creator through the place where they shared the application. Creators can permanently delete individual responses in their dashboard, including the answers and contact details.
Storage and payments
Applications and responses remain on the server until deleted by the operator or, for responses, the creator. Basic rate-limit records expire automatically. If payments are connected, Stripe processes checkout and receives the creator’s email and payment information. ApplyBae does not store card details.
Before this becomes a public service
The operator must provide a contact address, retention policy, deletion process for accounts and backups, and a complete privacy policy for the deployed service. This MVP does not include advertising trackers or email marketing.
